Please note that due to the quick turnaround time on fulfilling your order, we might not be able to modify your order. If you have to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can try to correct your order before it ships. For assistance please email mike@spotterup.com

  1. Reviewing Your Order

For orders that have yet to ship, you'll be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method, and item availability via your Your Account page. For orders that have been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable.

  1. Combining Your Order or Adding

If you wish to add an item to an open order, you'll need to place a new order then combine that new order with your existing open order.

Conduct your purchase as you regularly would. Proceed to the Checkout to complete the order.

In the Order comments section you will be asked for any additional information which may help complete your order. Using the invoice number from your single order please enter this into the Order comments section, informing us that you would like to combine your orders. Please type, or copy and paste, "Combine this order with invoice #_______".

Review the new combined order and click the Pay Now button and this will complete your order.

Note: We're unable to combine or add items to the following types of orders:

To Orders where promotional funds have been applied.

To Orders with different currencies.

To Orders containing items that have yet to be released.

To Orders that are for replacement items generated by our customer service department

To Orders where items have already entered the shipping process.

  1. How Do I Create a New Account?

Click the Sign In link at the top right side of our site's Store Home page. This will take you to the main Sign In creation page.

Click on the blue colored 'Create New Account' button listed below the heading, 'Forgot Your Password?’

Enter your Name, Email Address and Password.

Once you register at SPOTTER UP TACTICAL SOLUTIONS we will send an email to you confirming that you have been registered. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Exchanges and Refunds

  1. Exchanges

Customers desiring to exchange an item should email us at mike@spotterup.com. In your email please inform us of the item you want to return. Spotter Up will review your request for a merchandise exchange. As long as the item is not damaged, we will issue a refund upon receiving it. Shipping charges are non refundable. If it looks acceptable, you will be sent an instructions email.

We are not responsible for the return shipping so for your protection use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return. NO COD’s WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount. All returned items will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for the order or credited to your account if a store credit was used as payment. Once a return is processed you’ll be notified of the details via email.

In order to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. Every shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless there was an error by Spotter Up

Once your package is received at our Return Center, we will email you confirmation of its receipt.  You will see this when logging back into the 'My Account' portion of our website. Upon inspection of the product your exchange will be authorized and a new item will be shipped to you.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you want to exchange cannot be exchanged for another item, we will make every effort to find you a reasonable match. Only UNUSED and NEW items are allowed to be returned or exchanged. If your item is returned in USED condition it will result in no refund or exchange being issued.

All Cash On Delivery (COD) will be refused and returned to the shipper.

All item(s) sent via free shipping will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if refunded

International Shipping

All international orders must be prepaid. We accept Discover, Mastercard Visa and Paypal. The cost of shipping varies from customer to customer.

Your order will ship from our warehouse to your destination via the carrier you selected unless you notify us of a different method.

All taxes, duties/customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Spotter Up Tactical Solutions will not cover any charges by your customs department.

Check your order summary to verify all the items in your order were shipped. Sometimes when a customer has multiple items in their order, we will ship each item as it comes into our warehouse, unless it is specified in the 'Comments' section that you would like a complete order.

Click the 'Your Account' link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If each of your packages shows a status of 'delivered', please contact our customer service for assistance.

  1. Your Order was Cancelled

If we cancel your order, we'll send you an email informing you of the reason. Some of the reasons we may cancel your order is the item is not available or the mailing address listed by you is incorrect. You can place a new order with us and update your information.

Money Orders

We accept money orders and cashier’s checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

  1. Placing an Order

From the Home page, you can select from the category of item you are interested in purchasing. Click on the item that you want to order. Click on the up/down arrow to add or change quantities of the item and then click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button.

When you think you are ready to buy, review the contents of the shopping bag. At this point you will have the option to delete items by clicking your mouse cursor on the button labeled 'clear bag’. If you want to continue shopping you can proceed by clicking on the button labeled "Continue Shopping" and add items to your shopping bag. Once you are satisfied with your bag contents you can click on the "Checkout" button.

  1. Enter Shipping Address

Enter your shipping address, or select address from by accessing your Address Book

You can calculate your shipping charge by clicking on the shipping options listed beneath the Choose Delivery Method

After clicking on the Continue Button you will have the option to choose your billing address and to enter any additional comments. You will have the option to choose your payment method.

On this page please review and check the accuracy of the shipping, and payment information and make the appropriate edits. Then click Place Order to complete the checkout process and complete your order. Once you click Place Order, you will be sent to the final page of purchasing. This page will list your Order Number, Status (ex: Awaiting Payment), Shipping Details, Order Summary and other important data to help you track your order.

  1. How Do I Track My Order?

You will be sent an email confirmation stating that your order has been received. We'll also send you an email notification that your order is processing. Lastly, you'll receive an additional email once your order is shipped.

Once you place an order you will be sent an email that confirms your order was received at Spotter Up Tactical Solutions. You will receive an additional email when your order begins processing. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

  1. When Will My Credit Card be charged?

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon us receiving your online order.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for return 14 days from the date of purchase. If you feel your product was defective, please send it back to us prepaid.

We will let you know our findings after it has been inspected. We will replace your item or replace it with something similar and pay for the shipping back to you. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. Within the U.S., if approved, you can return merchandise to Spotter Up with the option of receiving a credit, refund or an exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.

  1. What Is The Return Period?

Spotter Up will accept certain returns for a full refund for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees. We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy. Shirts must be unworn, untorn and unwashed!

  1. How Do I Return Merchandise?

Customers desiring to return an item should contact us, preferably through e-mail, and allow us to initiate a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA). We will send an RMA instructions email. The email will detail instructions to follow.

  • The item (s) must be in the original package. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
  • Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package the product is being shipped back to us.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Used items are NOT Returnable, Exchangeable nor Refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. The items that Spotter Up ships in the mail are brand new and in unused condition. We do not differentiate between slightly used, well used or very used. Any item which comes back to us in a non-new state will not be refunded for the full amount. A minimum of 25% refund will be withheld from the purchaser.

Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse cannot be returned or refunded.

Spotter Up has faith in the quality of our products. If there is something wrong with your item please contact us to begin a Return Authorization. Our goal is to make you happy. However, we reserve the right to deny refund if any item is sent back to us in a condition that was other than how it was sent out.

Out-of-Stock-Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Spotter Up Tactical Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Spotter Up Tactical Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Spotter Up Tactical Solutions shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Color

Spotter Up Tactical Solutions has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the advertised products on our Site. The actual colors you see will depend on you monitor and we cannot guarantee that the color of our product will be displayed accurately on your monitor.

  1. Why You May Not See Tracking Information

If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, your package should still arrive on time. Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

Some shipments cannot be tracked such as Standard International shipments.

The first package scan may not be until delivery.

The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination.

  1. When to Expect Your Order

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on many factors such as payment processing time, product availability, warehouse processing time, how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. This does not include the transit time for your order. Spotter Up will make every effort to insure your product is shipped according to the lead time information we provide on our website.

Because changes in supply do happen, the shipping dates may change. If any of the lead times changes for your order, you will be contacted by Spotter Up via email. We will provide you a revised shipping estimate. Spotter Up estimated lead times are in business days M-F, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you would prefer a complete order, (rather than partial shipments for multiple orders), please inform us of your desire in the comments section of the Checkout. Our regular shipping process is to fill orders as soon as they come in. In order to properly fulfill your request for a complete shipment please add an additional 3-5 days; this is to insure order consolidation and transporting. Most shipping leaves within 12 hours.

There are occasions when Spotter Up cannot fill an order such as when a manufacturer no longer makes a product or the product becomes unavailable to Spotter Up. In certain circumstances Spotter Up will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. Spotter Up will cancel your order if you do not wish to order alternative products and will refund your purchase price for those products.

  1. When Orders Ship

All Spotter Up orders are processed between 8am and 5pm EST. We do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Items ordered together may ship separately. Packages Do Not Ship from Our Distribution Center on the Following Holidays:

Spotter Up offers three convenient shipping carriers: FEDX, UPS and the USPS and many others.

Remember that our estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Spotter Up facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Spotter Up control once your order leaves Spotter Up facilities, Spotter Up cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Should you have any questions about your shipment, please contact Spotter Up directly.

  1. Calculating Shipping Costs

Our Shipping and handling charges are based on the Country, State code of where we are to ship it and the total weight, size, dimensions of your item(s) and the delivery option you choose. We send this information to FEDX, UPS or USPS (and others) and their shipping servers will send us the amount to charge you.

The easiest way to see exact shipping charges for an order is to put items in your cart, proceed to the Checkout, and view the order summary. You'll be able to adjust shipping options and see exact shipping charges. You can always cancel or return to your shopping without actually placing the order.

  1. Shipping to a P.O. Box

Items too large for a P.O. Box must be shipped to regular-street address.

  1. APO, DPO, or FPO Addresses

All mail must be addressed to someone specific.

  • In the Name Field enter the full name of the recipient or service member.
  • In the Address Field enter the address or unit.
  • In the City Field enter: APO, FPO or DPO.
  • In the State Field select from the drop down menu one of the Armed Forces choices with its corresponding two letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. (AE, AP or AA)

AE (ZIPs 09xxx) for Armed Forces Europe which includes Canada, Middle East, and Africa

AP (ZIPs 962xx - 966xx) for Armed Forces Pacific

AA (ZIPs 340xx) for Armed Forces (Central and South) Americas

  • In the Country Field always enter the United States.

When shipping to APO, DPO or FPO address, please make sure to enter the address correctly as a domestic U.S. Address. A calculation for international shipping costs will occur instead of domestic if you enter the country where the recipient is stationed.

Note: Shipping to APO, DPO, or FPO addresses may be limited and some items cannot be shipped to these destinations.

  1. Delivery Attempt Fails or Undeliverable Order

Occasionally packages are returned to Spotter Up as undeliverable. Most Spotter Up carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Spotter Up. Please contact Spotter Up to make arrangements for reshipment when the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Spotter Up.

  1. Signature Required

Certain packages require a signature upon delivery. Spotter Up requires a signature on cargo over $500 in value. Additionally, UPS occasionally requires a signature. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package, or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery.

We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Spotter Up to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.
